Shawn Runyon, Springfield, Senior, Midfield, Fairport, N.Y.

Runyon had a standout week in Springfield’s two league playoff victories. The senior midfielder tallied six goals, including a game-winner, to go along with and three assists in the Pilgrim League Tournament.  In the semifinal win over MIT, Runyon poured in four goals and two assists in the first half while picking up five ground balls before turning in two goals, an assist, and six ground balls in the championship game against Babson as he helped the Pride clinch its fourth-straight trip to the NCAA Championship.
