Caruso Takes Home Pilgrim Weekly Honor

Springfield, Mass. - Cam Caruso has been honored this week's Pilgrim Lacrosse League Player of the Week after leading Babson to a pair of victories in league play.

The freshman midfielder totaled two goals and 14 ground balls while winning 75.0 percent of his face-offs (27-36).  He recorded one goal and one ground ball while winning 15 of 19 face-offs in a 12-7 win at Massachusetts Maritime on Thursday.  He then added one goal and 13 ground balls while winning 12 of 17 face-offs in a 14-5 victory over Norwich on Saturday.

In league action, both Babson and Springfield are the lone squads who have yet to lose a conference game as they both stand at 2-0 on the year.
